It's a CELEBRATION!!!

Everyone in Missoula knows how frustrating all of the construction on North Higgins has been -- closed roads, dust for months, potholes galore....the list goes on.  But it's finally time to look on the bright side, see the silver lining, embrace the light at the end of the tunnel -- however you want to say it -- the construction is OVER!!
